Hooteyes brings your people, branches, working hours and attendance into one workspace. A company can have several branches, and each branch can use its own time zone and clock-in boundary.
Owners and admins set up the company. Managers look after the branches assigned to them. Employees use their phones to record attendance and can check their schedules and history on a larger screen.
Start with your role
| Your role | Your first few tasks |
|---|---|
| Owner | Create the company, add branches, invite your team, then assign schedules. |
| Admin | Check company setup, maintain staff assignments and devices, and review reports. |
| Manager | Check your branch access, review your employees, and publish their schedules. |
| Employee | Join through your team’s link, check your schedule, and prepare your phone for clock-in. |

The management workspace has a sidebar on desktop. On a phone, open Menu to see the same sections. Overview shows today’s team; Attendance contains recorded sessions. Attendance policies → Daily attendance lets you inspect a chosen work date. Use the profile menu for your personal details and to switch companies when you belong to more than one.
Employees use the clock, calendar and history navigation at the bottom of their attendance workspace. Managers open My attendance for their own clock and use Back to dashboard to return to their team.
