Use an iPhone or Android phone with touch support. Tablets and desktop computers can show schedules and history, but attendance recording is phone-only. Installing Hooteyes is optional.
Your administrator must have assigned an active branch and an applicable schedule. Use your own account and phone browser. If location is required, allow location access and turn on precise location in your phone settings.
1. Check your shift and clock in
Log in on your phone and check the selected company. Managers should open My attendance.
Read the status card. Resolve device approval, location or missing-setup messages before continuing.
If more than one shift is offered, select the shift you are starting.
When clock-in is available, complete the clock-in slider action.
Wait for the saved confirmation and the clocked-in state. Check History if the connection interrupted the result.
2. Finish your shift
You must finish one attendance session before starting another. The scheduled end time does not automatically clock you out. Automatic closure uses the maximum session length and may require review before hours are suitable for pay calculations.
Open your personal attendance screen on an approved phone browser.
Complete the clock-out slider action when your work ends.
Wait for confirmation that the session is closed.
Open History and check the recorded in/out times if you need to verify the result.
If the result is unclear
A slow connection or error after submission is not reliable proof that nothing was saved. Refresh the attendance state or check History before trying again. Do not create another account or switch companies to work around a blocked action.
If you forgot to clock out, tell your manager or admin the work date, shift and actual finish time. The current interface can display recorded corrections, but does not provide a self-service correction-submission screen.
