Check My schedule

The schedule is readable on desktop and phones. Published rosters take priority when roster scheduling is active; a saved regular policy may be shown as inactive. Pending approval proposals are not your live schedule.

If there are no published shifts after a roster ends, ask your manager whether the next roster period is ready or whether you should return to regular hours.

  1. Open the calendar button in the bottom navigation of your personal attendance workspace.

  2. Review your regular policy or upcoming published roster shifts.

  3. Check the branch, time zone, start date and any next-day end indicator.

  4. Refresh if your manager has just confirmed a schedule change.

Review a recorded session

Worked time excludes recorded breaks. An open session shows a running total based on the latest loaded record; reopen the details to refresh it. The work date for an overnight shift is its start date, not necessarily the calendar date when you clock out.

Break and correction records may appear in details, but this release does not offer employee controls to start/end breaks or submit corrections. Ask your company administrator about the process your team uses.

  1. Open History in the bottom navigation.

  2. Find the relevant work date and open the attendance entry.

  3. Review the recorded clock-in, clock-out, time zone and policy details.

  4. Review break time and any recorded correction status or review note when shown.

If your record looks wrong

Send your manager or administrator the work date, branch, shift and the times you believe are correct. Explain whether the issue was a missed clock-out, location failure or another problem. Avoid including your password or browser secrets.

Do not assume changing today’s policy will correct an earlier record. Recorded sessions keep their historical rule snapshots.
