Monthly reports show analytics as attendance is recorded, including the current month. The page refreshes every minute while open. Owners and administrators see all branches; managers see only assigned branches and authorized staff.
Future shifts are excluded and a shift is not missed until it ends. Generate a report whenever you need an Excel or PDF snapshot; you do not have to wait for the next month.
Open Monthly reports.
The current month opens automatically. Choose another month to review past attendance.
Use Latest analytics for current figures. Owners and administrators can also select an earlier saved version.
Choose a branch or keep all branches selected.
Read the figures correctly
A person can attend one shift and miss another on the same day. Present days and attended shifts are therefore different measures. An unavailable rate is not zero: it may indicate missing schedule history, unresolved shifts or incomplete setup.
| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Attendance rate | Attended expected shifts divided by expected shifts. Leave-covered shifts are excluded. |
| Known missed shifts | Scheduled shifts without attendance or leave coverage. Incomplete historical coverage means this is not a complete absence total. |
| Leave shifts | Scheduled shifts covered by recorded leave, separate from expected attendance. |
| Late arrivals | Recorded late sessions. One person can be late on more than one shift in a day. |
| Average late minutes | Average lateness among late arrivals, not among every staff member. |
| Confirmed worked hours | Closed, resolvable sessions after recorded breaks. Open or automatically closed sessions and unfinished breaks need review. |
Review patterns and exceptions
Search for a person and open their date-by-date details.
Review weekday and shift patterns and adjust the lateness review threshold if needed.
Expand exceptions, including missing check-outs, recorded corrections and work during leave.
Read correction requester and reviewer details when present before making a payroll decision.
Generate a revision after a correction
Saved versions stay unchanged. Backdating leave or editing a record does not silently rewrite a report already issued. Older report versions created before leave integration need a revision to reflect leave coverage.
Confirm the corrected attendance or leave has been saved.
Choose Generate report, then Save report version to keep a new company-wide snapshot (owners and administrators).
Generate the new version, then compare it with the earlier saved version.
Use the intended version for your next export.

Choose Generate report, then Export Excel for full staff, attendance-detail and exception sheets.
Choose Print / save PDF for the compact two-page summary, then select Save as PDF in your browser’s print dialog.
Check the company, month, version and branch shown in the exported file.
