Open your personal settings

Personal details and company work assignments are different. Changing a personal profile does not change your staff role, branch, department or attendance policy. Ask an authorised administrator for those changes.

  1. Open the profile menu and choose My profile.

  2. Review and update the personal details the form allows you to edit.

  3. Choose your preferred 12-hour or 24-hour clock display.

  4. Use the password-recovery option if you need to change your password.

Install Hooteyes on your phone

Installation is optional. It does not bypass phone eligibility, device approval or location checks. If the installed app uses different browser storage, it may need its own device approval.

  1. Open Hooteyes in your usual phone browser.

  2. Use Install Hooteyes in the profile menu when offered.

  3. If your browser needs a manual installation, use its Add to Home Screen or install option.

  4. Open the installed app, sign in if asked and verify your attendance device status before your next shift.

Refresh and install updates

Use the available refresh control to reload current data. When Update Hooteyes is offered, finish any in-progress action before updating. Do not assume attendance has saved while an update or connectivity problem is unresolved.

Offline access does not mean offline attendance submission. A successful clock action needs a connection and a confirmed server result.

Personal account deletion

The account-deletion section requires an explicit typed phrase and fresh password verification. Finish open shifts and resolve any company ownership first. Personal account deletion is immediate and has no recovery window.

Deleting your login does not erase employer-owned attendance records. A new account with the same email does not automatically inherit the old memberships or permissions. Read the on-screen explanation before confirming.
